- Background: Plain Light Colour
- 35 mm × 45 mm photo.
- Plain light-coloured background (white or light grey).
- Taken within the last 6 months.
- Face must fill 70–80% of the frame.
- No glasses, no hat (except for religious/medical reasons).
- Eyes open, looking directly at camera.
