Rejection Prevention Checklist for UPSC, SSC & Banking Document Uploads
- File Re-Encoding: Always upload true JPG/JPEG files for photos and signatures. Simply changing a file extension (e.g. renaming
.pngto.jpg) is detected by portal validators and causes rejection. Use our presets to re-encode file formats properly. - Ink Color Consistency: For signatures, sign on a clean white page using a black ink pen. Ruled paper, grid marks, and shadows on paper are common reasons for automatic application rejection.
